SON CALIU COVE: beautiful scenery and stunning cliffs
This small and charming cove is situated just a few kilometres from the heart of Palmanova. It is divided into three well-defined areas: a sloping stretch of golden sand and Posidonia (a guarantee of clean waters); a more built-up area with hotels, sun loungers and parasols; and a third section with pine trees, rocks and cliffs. A perfect example of beauty and contrast at its best.
Son Caliu cove is 80 metres long and 15 metres wide.
PUNTA NEGRA COVE: a Mediterranean delight
Located very close to the Punta Negra headland, this cove has a charming jetty, the star attraction. Situated just a stone’s throw from Palmanova and some of the most renowned hotels in Mallorca, it is 50 metres long and 7 metres wide.
Its highest point offers the most exceptional views of the landscape, the forest and the Mediterranean Sea. The water is ideal for diving enthusiasts in Mallorca.
ES CALÓ DE LA BELLA DONA: unwind in the heart of nature
This captivating sandy and rocky cove has a hidden entrance and is located in the well-known Sol de Mallorca residential area (Calvià). There is a trick however to reaching this beautiful spot: follow the path at the corner of Calle Embat and Avinguda Joan Miró and continue along it behind a house. This unusual feature makes the journey in itself a great experience, and one that will leave you gasping in amazement when you arrive at your destination.
Es Caló de la Bella Dona is about 40 metres long and 10 metres wide.
CALA AIXADA: a beautiful, rocky hideaway with aa amazing staircase
This small, rocky and shade-less cove is also found in the Sol de Mallorca residential area (Calvià). Thanks to its staircase, you can get in and out of the sea easily.
This natural area is 300 metres long and 15 metres wide.
CALA FALCÓ: nestled among cliffs, pines and mountains
This gorgeous sandy and rocky cove, 50 metres long and 60 metres wide, is situated very close to the Cala Vinyes residential area (Calvià). It is known for its beautiful crystal-clear waters and for being surrounded by low hills and pine trees which provide shade and reach all the way down to the sea.
